Research & Support Grants

Empowering Progress, One Grant at a Time

The Foundation to Fight H-ABC is committed to accelerating research and improving quality of life for children affected by H-ABC and other TUBB4A-related leukodystrophies. Through our grantmaking efforts, we support initiatives that drive scientific discovery, expand clinical understanding, and offer critical support to families navigating this diagnosis.

Our Funding Priorities

We focus our grantmaking in these core areas:

  • Medical Research: Advancing scientific studies, including gene therapy (AAV), antisense oligonucleotide (ASO) therapy, and other promising treatments.

  • Clinical Care Tools: Supporting projects that improve diagnosis, management, and daily living for individuals with H-ABC.

  • Family Support Initiatives: Funding services or resources that directly benefit children and families living with H-ABC.
